This 5,000 plus square foot home was design for a lake view lot. The couple did a lot of entertaining, and wanted the most amount of rooms to view the lake.

This latest custom home was design for a family of eight. With 4 girls and 2 boys, the parents wanted a casual home. The view overlooks the hill country with the view to the front. The sloping lot allowed us to put the garage and storage on the lower level.

After doing a 6,000 square foot home in Houston, the couple asked us to do their weekend home. The lot was on a corner with a SMALL building pad. They did not want to disturbed the natural site. The view was opposite from the corner and dropped off.

This custom home was design for a ridge lot with approximately 300 degrees of view. The lot has a sharp slope to the right and rear.

With 275’ of river frontage to work with, we were asked to design a home that would used the view to the fullest. The clients wanted a home for parties and lots of outdoor entertainment. They felt that when it was just the two of them, they would live in the master section primarily.
