Latest Commercial Design.

15,000 Square Foot Medical Center.

Location, Pasadena Texas

This is a new dental office going for plan review in Dallas. The clinic is 5,000 square feet with the ability to expand an additional 2,000 square feet, both up and down.

We remodeled the existing 5,000 square foot building to the right. The interior was change, and the elevation was  changed to matched the historical district it was in. The new 5,000 square foot building to the left will be used as food storage and distribution.

This 10,ooo square foot office building was designed for a group of doctors, sharing in the ownership of the building.

We had the unique opportunity to design an office building for three dentists. The way their practice was set up allowed them to be next to each other. Each dentist specialize in a certain age group. From youth to old age, a person was able to build a relationship with all three dentists.
