This home was design for a retired couple on their 600 acres of land in the hill country.
It will be used as their weekend home. They will be using used corrugated metal and stone to give it that old used look on the acreage. In the future they will build separated building for guest and family to stay.

A New York City subway train holds 1,200 people. This blog was viewed about 4,800 times in 2013. If it were a NYC subway train, it would take about 4 trips to carry that many people.
We were asked to design this 2600 Square Foot home that is a few blocks from the Gulf Coast. On a corner lot, it has a view of the park in front and the side view to a lake.
Inside the home, there are three bedrooms with a third story room that can be used as a bunk room or study.
This home has two family areas. The one at the first floor has an open concept. The family area at the second floor can be equipped with a kitchenette and/or an entertainment center.

This latest design was design for a water view lot.
The home needed to be elevated for being in the gulf coast floodplain.
The interior steps up from left to right 16 inches, to overlook a boat dock on next door property.
The home has a two story living room and foyer. the two story glass at the living room overlooks the pool out to the water.
The exterior stairs to the left goes to a third story deck, viewing back and a view down the water to the right.
